The mission

40 hours of research → one message.

Every trip starts as the same scramble: forty open tabs, three half-built spreadsheets, the feeling that something important is still missing. Our planners collapse that into one message — the chef’s counter that doesn’t have a website, the day-trip ferry that actually runs in March, the closure the algorithm wouldn’t catch, the hold on the table the line clears at 9 a.m.

The output is what you can act on: a printed day-by-day, a contact card, a backup plan already written. The scrolling stopped when you sent the brief.

dumps

of link lists

Cities we’ve built for: Lisbon, Mexico City, Kyoto, Reykjavík, the Loire, Patagonia, and a few we’re still refining.

Not a link dump. Not a generic “top 10.” Not an AI itinerary with a restaurant that doesn’t exist. A coordinator on WhatsApp, a printable day-by-day, and a person on call if the airline strikes.

The process

Four steps, no scroll fatigue.

We are not an aggregator dashboard. Each trip is built by one planner who has walked the ground recently — by hand, with holds and calls, not by API call.

  1. 01

    A short brief

Budget, dates, who’s coming, and what you actually want the trip to feel like. A paragraph is fine; specifics are better.

  2. 02

A planner who knows the ground

Matched to your trip — design hotels, surf, food, national parks — by someone who has been there in the last twelve months.

  3. 03

    The build

Two to three weeks of research, calls, holds, and reservations. A working itinerary lands, then gets refined.

  4. 04

    You show up

Day-by-day in hand, contact on your phone, backup plan in your pocket. The scrolling stopped somewhere around step one.

What you get

Everything in writing. Nothing half-finished.

The package lands as a clean document: a printed day-by-day, a contact card, a spreadsheet of what’s held and what’s open. Printable, shareable, actually usable in the airport.

Flat fee, often credited back.

The studio fee is typically $300–$1,000 per trip — and is often credited back once bookings are placed through us.

Inside every package
All seven, on every tier. Higher tiers add everything else.

Flights figured out

Routing, fare classes, layovers that don’t wreck a Sunday — booked through us when you want, or handed off clean.

Lodging that fits the trip

Design hotels, family-run guesthouses, the surf shack with the right window — chosen for the brief, not the aggregator ranking.

Restaurants with actual seats

Reservations held in your name, the chef’s-counter spot that doesn’t have a website, the bakery the line clears at 9 a.m.

Activities & neighborhood picks

Day-by-day, with the “hidden spot” half — bookable things, last-window-of-light walks, the gallery that closes at 5.

Printed day-by-day

A printable schedule per day, with addresses, transit notes, and what to wear — yours to keep, not a link dump.

A real backup plan

For rain, closures, cancellations, fatigue, the dinner you definitely over-booked. The planner writes it before you need it.

A coordinator on WhatsApp

One person. Reachable on the ground. Re-routes the day if the airline strikes, the boat doesn’t run, or you’re simply exhausted.

Tiers

Pricing maps to complexity, not to the length of the document.

You can move between tiers once we know the shape of your trip. The fee is finalized on the kickoff call.

A paragraph is enough. Dates, budget, who’s coming, what you want the trip to feel like. We read every brief ourselves; a planner writes back the same day.
